Mrs. Yolande C. Julien
The Partners of Glinton Sweeting O’Brien (“GSO”) are pleased and proud to announce that Mrs. Yolande C. Julien has
been made a Partner of the firm.
Yolande was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2003. Having gained valuable commercial experience at two local law firms, she joined GSO in late 2007. Since then, Yolande has specialized in residential and commercial property sales and financing, foreign direct investment projects and commercial law. She has also developed a value added tax practice and expertise in the fields of immigration and probate law.
The focus, determination and skill she has displayed since joining the firm have been invaluable in the building of her practice, and she enjoys the respect of her clients and her colleagues in equal measure. GSO’s Managing Partner, Bryan A. Glinton says “Yolande’s record of accomplishment speaks for itself, and her talent and commitment will help to ensure GSO’s continuing growth and strengthening in the future.”
Yolande and her husband Mr. Ray Julien married in 2006 and the couple have one daughter Madyson, age 5. Yolande is active in the community as a member of the Sunshine Pilot Club of Nassau and a voluntary member of the legal team for the Methodist Church of The Caribbean and Americas as well as a contributor to several other local charities. She is also an enthusiastic participant in GSO’s extensive charitable efforts.
Yolande’s promotion to Partner is integral to GSO’s ongoing expansion as its 10th anniversary approaches.
