Further to the Emergency Powers (Covid 19)(No 1) Order issued by the Prime Minister of The Bahamas, which became effective on 20 March and is expected to remain in force until 9 am on Monday 31 March, all establishments, institutions, business, offices, and organizations have been ordered to suspend operations to the general public, with exceptions made for essential services which are described in the Order. Further, all persons are to remain within their dwellings, which includes yard space.
