Jonell Rolle joined the team in 2023, serving as the Financial Controller at Glinton Sweeting O’Brien. In this role, she is responsible for meticulously preparing financial reports, efficiently managing accounting records, conducting detailed analysis of financial data, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information. 

As an accountant, Jonell takes great satisfaction in her work and embraces the opportunity to apply her analytical skills and deductive reasoning. She is an active member of esteemed professional organizations, including the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).

Jonell is passionate about empowering young girls and actively participates in initiatives that support their growth and development. She has volunteered her time tutoring and mentoring at the Elizabeth Estate Children’s Home and currently contributes to the children’s ministry at Bahamas Harvest Church.
